1. When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2-8 business days (Monday through Friday). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. How much is shipping?

Orders over $100 ship for free. Orders less than $100 ship for $8.50.

3. What shipping company do you use?

All orders are shipped with USPS, UPS, or Fedex 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. If you’re located outside of the U.S., please reach out and we’ll see how we can help.

6. How do I return an item?

To return an item by mail:

• Repack the item in its original box

• Include your packing slip and write “Return” on it

• Ship to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. In that case, the manufacturer warranty is invoked and we will work with the manufacturer to assist you in receiving their support.

7. Are any items final sale?

Yes. The following are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Furniture, Mattresses, Strollers and Car Seats

• Personalized or custom orders

• Personal-use items (unless defective)

8. My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at hello@regalbaby.com with photos and your order number. We will work with the manufacturer to repair or replace the item per warranty terms.
